Southwest Airlines tasked us to come up with an educational site that helped further explain their Rapid Rewards program to members. What we came up with and helped develop was an edutainment site that engaged members by serving up the program’s details in fun and interesting ways. Visitors had the ability to explore each tier and learn about the rewards program through quick facts, multi-level games, and customized interactive videos.
